Nolina microcarpa.
Asparagus (Asparagaceae) family.

Plant: Rosette herb or shrub to 2.5 m, acaulescent. Leaves: in basal rosette, linear, wiry, 80-130 cm long, 5-12 mm wide, margins serrulate; scape 30-150 cm long, slightly surpassing the leaves. Flowers: white, 2-3 mm. Fruit: a thin-walled capsule, inflated; seeds globose.
